By accessing and using Foldernest ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Service Description
Foldernest is a Google Workspace add-on that helps users organize and manage their Google Drive folders more efficiently. The service provides automated folder creation, organization, and sharing capabilities within the Google Workspace ecosystem.
User Responsibilities
As a user of Foldernest, you agree to:
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Not use the service to transmit any harmful or malicious code
- Comply with all applicable Google Workspace policies and terms
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and provide advance notice when possible.
Payment and Billing
Foldernest operates on a subscription-based model. Payment is processed through PayPal, and you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees for your chosen subscription plan
- Provide accurate billing information
- Notify us of any changes to your payment method
- Understand that subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
Service Limitations
We deliver our services with a reasonable level of skill and care, aiming to provide a positive experience. However, certain guarantees about our services are not provided. Our services are provided "as is" with no warranties, expressed or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
Foldernest is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or files
- Business interruption
- Loss of profits or revenue
Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the add-on or contacting our support team. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm the service or other users.
Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, but certain provisions of these terms will survive termination.
Intellectual Property
The Foldernest service, including its design, functionality, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without explicit written permission.
Third-Party Services
Foldernest integrates with Google Workspace services and PayPal for payment processing. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of these third-party services.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms of service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
